It’s very tempting to grab an ice cream or cookie after the dinner or while watching a good movie, especially during pregnancy, that’s why I always look for easy homemade healthy snack recipes. Couple weeks ago I saw a photo of very interesting snack via Pinterest and wanted to try this out.
Frozen yogurt covered blueberries is a perfect low calorie, sweet, creamy, cold and full of vitamins snack that will take you less than 10 minutes to prepare, and it tastes amazing.
1. Wash and dry 1 container of blueberries (I didn’t dry berries and yogurt didn’t stick well)
2. Using a toothpick, dip and swirl blueberries into the yogurt. Place it on cooking wax paper or baking sheet.
3. When you done with dipping, place the sheet (or plate) in the freezer for an hour.
Your creamy, delicious and healthy snack is ready!!!!
