“If you have a lemon, make a lemonade”. I’m sure you all heard this phrase million times:) I love lemons and you can always find couple of them in my fridge especially during fall and winter time. Today I wanted to share with you my fast and easy recipe of preserving fresh lemons that are ready for a tea time. All you need is: sugar, couple of lemons, 7 minutes and your beautiful smile.
Slice your washed lemons.
Put the first layer of sliced lemons in a glass container or jar and cover it with couple spoons of sugar.
Repeat layering lemons with sugar
Cover the ear tight container and put it in a fridge.
Sweet and sour lemons are ready for your tea time and will stay fresh for about a week!
