Meat in a Clay Pot

Some of my earliest and most charming memories are the smells and tastes from my grandmother’s kitchen. I remember the flavor of the apple pie, the smell of mushroom ravioli, and the incredible taste of meat in a clay pot. And when I saw these cute clay pots in a store, they brought back all these amazing memories, so I decided to try it out and share it with you. Cooking in a clay pot is super easy and you can always impress your guests with healthy and delicious meal:)

You can choose different ingredients. For this recipe I took beef, potatoes, mushrooms, onions, baby carrots and parsley.

Fill the clay pot with your ingredients. Add some water. Leave some room at the top – 1 to 1/2 inch – for the ingredients to bubble. Cover the clay pot and place in the middle of the oven. Turn on oven to 400ºF. Cook about 1.5-2 hours.

You can serve right in a pot. Enjoy the most delicious dinner:)
