How was your weekend? Hope the storm didn’t affect you!
To make our Saturday more pleasant after the storm I decided to make something special for breakfast. When I saw mouthwatering photos of soft boiled eggs with toast on one of my favorite recipe blogs Smitten Kitchen, I couldn’t resist and decided to try it out (recipe here). It was super delicious!!!
1 tablespoon finely chopped flat-leaf parsley
1/3 cup finely grated gruyère cheese (about 1 1/2 ounces)
Mix of 2 eggs, parsley and cheese
Preheat oven to 400°F. Scatter bread on sheet. Bake croutons until crisp and golden, turning, about 20 minutes.
Cook eggs. I’m sure you know how to cook eggs but if you want to be sure that your eggs are coked perfectly every time, you will like this article “Perfect boiled eggs”.
